Philippines prison tribute to Michael Jackson

I don’t think they would ever be able to pull this off in American prisons. They would end up just beating up and stabbing each other.

But, in the Phillipines they do mass choreography and dancing to pass the time away.

In memory of Michael Jackson, here is the 1,500 plus CPDRC inmates of the Cebu Provincial Detention and Rehabilitation Center, in Cebu, Philippines performing Michael Jackson’s thriller.

Early Cardigans recordings

There are some demo songs hanging out there from the Cardigans very early days.

I was lucky enough to get my hands on 3 of them. (simon says / celebration / fine (demo))

It appears that more of them have made it onto bootlegged EPs called “The Pursuit of Pooh” and “The World According To”.

Japanese Best of the Cardigans CD

Well, as luck would have it, I was going to Tokyo, Japan for business.  

I hadn’t yet ordered the Cardigans best of CD yet, instead waiting for it come out in the USA.  

In any case, I had heard that the Japan version included a CD insert with all the lyrics from all of the songs included on the disk.  I decided to fork over the 3800 yen to purchase the CD.  

As you can see from the picture,  it comes with two discs, plus two inserts.  One with the liner notes, and the other with lyrics to all of the songs.  The complete track listing of both discs is:
